Reports suggest that actor Ponvannan has submitted a letter of resignation from the post of deputy president of the Nadigar Sangam. The actor allegedly said that he wants to resign from the post as Vishal’s decision to contest in RK Nagar bypoll is against their policy decision of not involving any politics. Ponvannan also reportedly added that he was forced to take the decision even as he has not completed his term yet. Notably, the actor had sided with Vishal's team during the Nadigar Sangam elections.
