Police have reportedly filed a case against actor Powerstar Srinivasan for allegedly duping a man of Rs 4.16 lakh on the false promise of helping him to get a chance to act in films. A man named Dhayanidhi from New Wannarpet filed the case against the actor in Wannarpet police station. The man alleged that Srinivasan received Rs 4.16 lakh and promised help to get a chance for acting in films, however, didn’t help after receiving the money. The police are investigating the matter, say reports.
