According to reports, 30 fishermen from Vallavilai area of Kanyakumari, who went fishing before the cyclone Ockhi, have returned home. They reportedly said they used tarpaulin parachute to prevent the boat from capsizing. The fishermen, who went for deep sea fishing in three motorboats, returned with a catch worth Rs 9 lakh. The families of the fishermen were happy that they returned after several days of no trace of them following Ockhi.
