In what looks like a remarkable set back for AIADMK’s general secretary V K Sasikala and her nephew TTV Dhinakaran, the Madras High Court on Monday reportedly gave a go ahead for a general council meeting for AIADMK’s general council meeting. TTV Dhinakaran’s faction MLA Vetrivel, who gave a petition to Madras HC against the meeting, reportedly got a fine of Rs 1 lakh for wasting the court’s time. The court also allegedly advised the MLA to stay at home if he does not wish to attend the meeting.
