#Pray_For_Neasamani is trending on Twitter since May 29 and Tamil Twitter is killing it with their sense of humour. Nesamani is a character played by actor Vadivelu in the movie Friends starring Vijay, Surya, Devayani and others.
What started as a chunk of light hearted trolling grew massive as it started to trend and people added their five cents to it and created a scene mimicking the health update of late politician ex-CM of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalitha and her days in Apollo Hospital.
