DEATH TOLL RISES TO 4 IN TEMPORARY TEMPLE SHED COLLAPSE IN ANDHRA

According to reports, the death toll has reached four after a temporary shed, erected for a temple festival in Vontimitta near Kadapa, unexpectedly collapsed following a downpour. About 60 other devotees were injured as the aluminium sheets came crashing down on them. According to TNIE reports, the deceased were identified as Chennaiah  (48) from Badvel Dalitwada, Meena (45) from Vontimitta, Vengaiah (50) from Porumamilla and Mary (36) from Nandalur in the district.
