Team India is currently playing against New Zealand in the 1st T20I of the five-match series in Auckland. Fans were waiting for the much talked about series and here it has arrived! 

India won the toss and decided to field first after which Martin Guptill and Colin Munro came down first for the innings. Just when New Zealand started with a great partnership Indian batsman Rohit Sharma produced a moment of brilliance to send Guptill back to the pavalion.

The epic moment took place during the fifth delivery of the 8th over. It was Shivam Dube, who had bowled the delivery when Martin Guptill tried to pull a short delivery. Rohit Sharma, who was standing at deep square leg grabbed the ball over the boundary. He was then forced to toss the ball back in the air, before he could finally find a stable position to catch the ball again.

This is the first match between the two countries after the 2019 World Cup semifinal, where New Zealand won it by 18 runs. Meanwhile, watch the video below:
