EARLY SET BACK FOR KKR !!!

The Kolkata Knight Riders have lost three of their pace bowlers before the start of the season. Earlier, Indian U19 stars, Shivam Mavi and Kamlesh Nagarkoti were ruled out due to injury.

The latest to join the list is South African fast bowler Anrich Nortje, who is ruled out of the IPL because of a shoulder injury. He made his international debut recently against Srilanka and had a promising start picking up 8 wickets in 4 games.

He was seen as a serious threat to the oppositions with his ability to cloak 150 kph.  KKR is yet to announce a replacement for Nortje, but have depth in the squad to manage, with options like Lockie Ferguson and Harry Gurney who can play a similar role as well.
