According to reports, a 30-year-old man walked all the way from Odisha to meet with Prime Minister Narendra Modi The man wanted to remind the PM of the promises he made to the people of his hometown.
Muktikanta Biswal started his journey on April 16 on foot from Rourkela. The man reached Agra on Saturday after walking for 1,350 km.
