Vikas, who called Gurjeet Kaur a few weeks ago, said he was talking to the bank and that the card would be blocked if he did not provide credit card details immediately. 46-year-old Gurjeet Kaur also provided credit card details. However, he was shocked to learn that Rs 83,979 had been mysteriously withdrawn from his bank account shortly after.

Kaur then went to the police station and lodged a complaint. Authorities at the Chandigarh State Cyber ​​Crime Investigation Unit, which launched an investigation into the complaint, tracked down his phone number and arrested 23-year-old Vicky Kumar.

4 mobile phones have been confiscated from him. Meanwhile, another shock awaited the officers who provided his information to the Central Cyber ​​Crime Unit. The shock comes as federal cyber crime unit officials say there are 1352 cyber cases against Vikas so far.

Police say Vikas was involved in the theft through 4 mobile phones and are looking for a gang of 4 people associated with him. Investigators say Vikas bought the luxury car, including the looted money, and opened bank accounts for Vikas in Assam and Odisha using fake SIM cards.
