Woman refuses proposal, man burns Rs 5 lakh he stole for marriage.

According to reports, a 22-year-old man, who was working as a cashier with a finance company, in Madhya Pradesh, stole Rs 6.74 lakh from the locker of the firm and set Rs 5 lakh on fire. Allegedly, Jitendra Goyal stole the money on Wednesday for his marriage and burnt it when the woman refused his proposal as she was getting married to someone else. After the theft, the firm’s manager filed a complaint with police, who tracked him to his native Harda district and arrested him. Police recovered Rs 1.74 lakh from Goyal and filed a case under various sections of IPC.
