NO RESPITE FOR NITHYANANDA, CHARGES TO BE FRAMED IN RAPE CASE

The Karnataka High Court has refused to entertain pleas by Nithyananda and charges against him are to be framed in a rape case.
On his part, the godman has claimed that sex between him and the survivor was consensual.
Significantly, Nithyananda faces charges of sexual assault, rape, cheating and criminal intimidation.
