Mumbai teen drops phone inside toilet, retrieval gets hand stuck

A call during nature's call turned risky for a Mumbai teen on Monday. 19-year-old Rohit Rajbhar was talking on his phone while using the restroom at 8 am. His phone, however, fell inside the commode, which he attempted to retrieve.

Unfortunately, Rohit's attempt of retrieval got his hand stuck inside the commode. No amount of effort could get his hand unstuck. Even with the help of his family, he could not free his hand. At around 1 pm, the fire department was called and the toilet walls had to be broken to rescue him.

The boy was reportedly conscious and did not panic throughout the entire operation. His hand was stuck because of a steel kada (bangle) that he was wearing. Rohit's hand swelled a little and was reportedly told by the doctors to not worry much.
