Kids from 2nd marriage have no share in joint-property

The Bombay High Court ruled that children born out of a second marriage don't have any rights on the family's joint-property.

The court made the statement while hearing a woman's case who was thrown out of her house along with her daughters by her husband and ruled that the man's children from second marriage only had a share in the property of their parents.
