VIDEO: HOOKAH INFLUENCE SUSPECTED IN DEADLY CAR ACCIDENT

A speeding car in Haryana hit bicycle riders and stationery car standing on the road, thus causing injury to 5 people. The incident happened in Yamuna Nagar of Haryana on Saturday ( January 11) evening. The video of the incident has been captured on CCTV and released online. It is suspected that the driver might be under the influence of smoking Hookah since a Hookah pot was found inside the car.

"A high-speed Honda City car first hit two bicycle riders on the road and then crashed into a stationary car parked on the roadside. The car then hit a bike rider and driver fled from the spot" Bansi Lal an eye witness was quoted by ANI

"We had received information that a high-speed car has hit some people. We reached the spot to find that the car driver had escaped the spot. The car is in our possession and the accused is being searched. We found a hookah in the car indicating that the driver may be in a drunken state, " said Inspector Mehar Lal according to ANI report.  Further investigation has been rolled out by the police to nab the driver.
