JASPRIT BUMRAH'S FIRST RECOGNITION IN 2020

Indian Pace bowler Jaspirt Bumrah will be facilitated with the prestigious Polly Umrigar Award at the BCCI Annual Awards on Sunday ( January 12). The award was announced for Bumrah's achievement and excellence in cricket for the year 2018-19.

Being the World's No: 1 ODI bowler, Bumrah has made a great contribution to Indian cricket in the year 2018-2019. Bumrah made his Test debut in January 2018 against South Africa.

Bumrah is the first Indian and only Asian player to have taken 5 Wicket-haul in South Africa, England, Australia and West Indies. His crucial bowling proved to be of great help for India to win the Border Gavaskar Trophy against Australia by 2-1.
