Among all preventive measures and security guidelines, Chennai reported its second positive case for COVID-19. The patient is under observation of an expert team.

Chennai reports second positive case for COVID19, India cross 150

This news was confirmed by Tamil Nadu Health Minister C Vijayabaskar, who took to his social media account and informed about the patient. The patient is from Delhi and is under isolation at Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital in Chennai. Also, all those who came in contact with him are currently under home quarantine. 

Earlier in the week, the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital had discharged the state's first coronavirus patient. He was a 45-year-old man, who had arrived from Muscat in Oman. He was admitted after his test samples were positive. 

Talking about the current updates, the total number of COVID-19 positive cases have crossed the 150-mark in India, according to the Union Health Ministry.
