45-YEAR-OLD WOMAN BOOKED UNDER POCSO FOR SEXUALLY ABUSING BOY

According to reports, a 45-year-old woman was arrested and booked under the PoCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act on Saturday for sexually harassing a 14-year-old boy at Vambay Colony in Vijayawada. This comes as the second incident of a woman being booked under PoSCO Act.
According to media reports, the accused is a neighbour of the victim. She was arrested following a complaint by the boy’s parents, and the victim sent for medical tests.
