DISTURBING! 11-YEAR-OLD BOY RAPES 3-YEAR-OLD GIRL ON PRETEXT OF GIVING SWEETS

An eleven-year-old boy allegedly raped a three-year-old girl in Dalanwala, Dehradun on Tuesday, June 18. The accused boy allegedly lured the kid into his home on the pretext of giving her sweets and raped her, reports Times Now.

The accused was booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The child's mother is a househelp and her father works at a hotel. The girl's parents were not at home during the incident.

The girl was with her siblings when the boy allegedly took the girl to his place and raped the child. Later, the girl narrated the ordeal to her mother once she came back from work.

She reportedly confronted the boy and he confessed to the crime. Then she approached the police station and lodged complaint against him.

Superintendent (City) Shweta Choubey said, "Medical test of the girl was done on Thursday and the statement will be recorded on Friday." The accused was taken to a juvenile home.
