MAN POSTS NAKED PHOTOS OF TEENAGE GIRL AS SHE REFUSED TO HAVE SEX

A man was arrested in Ahmedabad after he allegedly shared nude pictures and videos of a teenager. The accused was arrested by the cyber cell of the city crime branch. The accused allegedly shared the obscene content on social media, according to Mirror Now reports.

The complaint was filed by the victim's parents. The accused and the victim had met each other when the latter had gone to visit her grandparents' house in Sirohi. The victim was allegedly unaware of the fact that the accused had taken her pictures and videos.

Following this, the accused allegedly started blackmailing the victim using the pictures. After the victim refused to have sex with the accused, he created a Facebook account posted her pictures and videos.

According to the Times of India's report, the accused was tracked using the IP address. The accused was arrested from his residence. The accused allegedly confessed to his crime. The accused was booked under the Child Pornography Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
