LYRICIST VIVEK WALKS OUT OF DHANUSH'S MAARAN DUE TO THIS REASON!

GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music for the film which is being produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. This upcoming flick is directed by Karthick Naren, director of Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru and Mafia fame.

The film stars Malavika Mohanan opposite Dhanush. Actor Mahendran, Ameer, Samuthirakani and Smruthi Venkat play prominent roles in the film. Malavika will be seen as Tara in this flick.

The film is set to release in the popular OTT platform - Disney+Hotstar from March 11, 2022. In this action thriller, Dhanush will be playing the role of a journalist. The first look poster, motion poster, songs and trailer of this movie were released and received good responses.

Famous lyricist Vivek has now announced to walk out of the project. He took to Twitter and said, "Due to creative differences I chose to move out of Maaran as a dialogue and screenplay writer. Thanks, team, for respecting my decision. Today I am part of some of the biggest movies in India as a dialogue and screenplay writer. Will always remember that Maaran was the starting point”.
