VAADIVAASAL MODE ON: SURIYA'S LATEST LOOK FOR HIS NEXT WITH VETRIMARAN GOES VIRAL!

Vetrimaran is one of the leading directors in Tamil cinema. Director Vetrimaran is good at filming good stories in a way that appeals to the fans. Vetrimaran has been taking the storyline for his recent films from Tamil novels. His trial film is adapted from the book Lockup and from the novel Vekkai by the monster film writer Boomani. His next film, Vadivasal, is based on the novel Vadivasal by writer C.S. Chellappa. Vadivasal novel is celebrated by the readers as one of the classic novels of Tamil cinema.

The announcement of the Vadivasal film was made last year. Fans have been eagerly waiting for the film ever since. But the start of filming was delayed as director Vetrimaran is currently directing the release film and Surya has been focusing on his next films. The test shoot of the film was held on the East Coast Road in Chennai yesterday and the photos went viral on the internet. Surya, director Vetrimaran and producer Kalaipuli Thanu were present during the filming. Surya Jallikattu appears to have been shot during the Test shoot.

It has not been officially announced yet about the cast other than Surya in the film Vadivasal. But director Aamir is said to be in a pivotal role. To confirm this, director Vetrimaran Vadivasal has been tagging Aamir's name while sharing the photos. Similarly, Tamilarasan, who starred in Asuran and Jai Bheem, is said to be playing a pivotal role. He also shared a photo of himself attending a test shoot.
