Kolaiyuthir Kaalam is an upcoming film directed by Chakri Toleti of Billa II and Unnaipol Oruvan fame. The mystery genre film has Lady Superstar Nayanthara playing the lead role. The project is bankrolled by V Mathiyalagan under the banner Etcetera Entertainment.
Actors like Prathap Pothan, Bhoomika Chawla, Rohini Hattangadi and others play pivotal roles in the mystery film. On the technical front, the film has music by Teemu Takatalo, cinematography by Cory Geryak, and editing by Shakti Hasija.
This film joins the list of female centric films that Nayanthara has been doing like Maya, Dora, Kolamaavu Kokila, Airaa and others. The makers had released the trailer of the film in March and the film was supposed to release in June.
But, it ran into a few issues, leading to postponement. Now, the makers have announced that the film will be releasing this month. The team has released a poster that says the film will be releasing in July. The official release date will be announced soon by the production. Stay tuned for more updates.
