Mehreen made her debut in 2016 with the Telugu film, Nani's Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha. Following that, she made her Bollywood debut with Phillauri. Later, she made her debut in Tamil with Nenjil Thunivirundhal. Post that, she was seen in Vijay Deverakonda's NOTA.
