Mehreen is currently engaged to be married. She is engaged to marry Bhavya Bishnoi, grandson of Bajaj Lal, who was the Chief Minister of Haryana three times during the Congress rule. His father Kuldeep Bishnoi is a Congress MLA from Adampur constituency in Haryana. Bhavya Bishnoi is also involved in serious politics.

The engagement of Mehreen and Bhavya Bishnoi will take place on March 12 in Jaipur. Post filming of movies currently starring Mehreen are completed, the wedding date will be decided by both parties.
