Legendary actor Kamal Hassan had launched the political party Makkal Needhi Maiam in 21st February 2018 with great expectations from the public. The actor-politician had officially announced that his party will contest the upcoming 2019 General elections.
The party has officially released its list of candidates today on 20th March 2019. It is noted that the party has decided to contest alone. The list was released in the official Twitter Handle of the political party. The party has offically given the candidate list for twenty one constituencies.
