In a series of films lined up for Dhanush this year, Maari 2, a sequel to the film Maari which released in 2015 directed by Balaji Mohan, is currently on floors. Dhanush, besides producing the film is also playing the title character. Sources close to us have now revealed Sai Pallavi's role in the film who plays the female lead.
 

She plays the role of an auto driver and sources have hinted us that she recently underwent a training to drive an auto for purpose of the film.
