'Masss' rumor clarified - Exclusive

Tamil cinema and controversies are the inseparables. If somebody pertaining to the gossip doesn't take the time to endorse or disapprove the headlines, the creative journalists and audience are capable of bringing their own version to the news.

One such incident in the recent past was the sudden involvement of composer Thaman in Masss. There were rumors doing rounds that, producer Gnanavel Raja wasn't happy with one of the tunes Yuvan had composed for a particular situation and hence the makers had to request Thaman to get a song done. This scenario irked the ardent fans of Yuvan and we needed somebody to clear the air.

When Gnanavel Raja was contacted, this is all he had to say, "I don't see how and why such baseless chit-chat gets sensationalized. It was purely a clash work and Thaman was more than happy to help us with a song. Be it in Thillalangadi or even in Biriyani, both the music directors have worked together. Such information only brings laughter to us. Yuvan has given some brilliant music and the album of Masss will bring back the peak days of the music director."

That's a relief then !!
