Will it be Rajinikanth vs. Vishal?

Vishal starrer Naan Sigappu Manithan (NSM) is on the brink of completion with just few more days of shooting left. Informing about the status, Dhananjayan Govind stated, “We are all set & geared up for April release of #NSM, thanks to superb support of Vishal & director Thiru in completing the film in 5 months... Another 15 days of shoot and the talkie will be complete. Director Thiru planning to complete by 7th March.”
 

Ask him if the film would be pushed in the event of Kochadaiyaan releasing on the same day as they had planned (11th April), Dhananjayan, the south head of UTV Motion Pictures says, “We will be ready for the release as planned. But, things have changed in Tamil Cinema. There are a lot of movies releasing and until a couple of weeks before the release time, we cannot be sure of the plan. We are planning to release it on 11th April. However, we’ll go through our plan once again by the end of March.”
 

Jointly produced by UTV Motion Pictures and Vishal Film Factory, Naan Sigappu Manithan stars Vishal and Lakshmi Menon in the lead. GV Prakash is composing tunes for the film and Richard M Nathan is handling the camera.
