The 'Eye' of Madras opens up !

Films like Madras making a mark among film goers will further boost the enthusiasm of offbeat directors attempting to create different films. When we at Behindwoods wanted to know the happy moments from the Madras camp, we caught hold of lensman G.Murali who has been greatly noticed for his craft in the much talked about political thriller.

'I'm a Pune Film and Television Institute pass-out. It is all that I learnt, that has been put into this film. It is Ranjith's conviction for the story that has earned us all the response. To know about the audience reception, I went to Kamala theatre to watch the movie. During the interval-block, a middle-aged lady sitting next to me said, the movie was frightening.

I'm so happy for having contributed in some manner to make the story impactful. It was a complete team effort and we are so elated about the final verdict.

When such efforts are noticed, the hope on Tamil films getting progressive gets higher. Thank you all'
