In love with Aaha Kalyanam!

Gokul Krishna, the director of Aaha Kalyanam, on this Valentine’s weekend has revealed that he is in love with his maiden project, the Tamil remake of Band Baaja Baaraat.

“Not just because this is my first film. The quality of the movie, the colours, the freshness and the performances have made me fall in love with my movie,” said the director.  

He added, “I’m also proud that we were able to remake the Hindi movie into a sensible Tamil film, with all the elements and flavours our audiences expect. We all watched the first copy and we are very happy with the way the film has come out. Nani as Shakthi and Vaani as Shruti have rocked. They are the major contributors of the happiness and naughtiness the film demanded. I’m also happy with what my young crew and I could achieve together. Most of all, Yash Raj is extremely elated with Aaha Kalyanam”

Aaha Kalyanam is the first Tamil venture of the celebrated production company, the Yash Raj Films. Having got a U/A certificate, the romantic comedy will come out on the 21^st of February, 2014.
