Thagaraaru and the Lord Muruga connection

Arulnithi's next release would be Thagaraaru, almost 2 years after the release of his previous movie Mouna Guru. This is his 4th movie and it falls under the comedy thriller genre. The director of the film, Ganesh Vinayak is happy to share information about the film's censoring

"We have been granted a U/A certificate and the film will release on December 6th. It will run for 2 hours and 5 minutes"

The movie is about four thieves who have the knack of getting into trouble forever, and all four of them would be having equal importance. The four characters have been named after Lord Muruga as Saravanan, Senthil, Palani and Arumugam. Heroine Poorna also has an important role and she would be called Meenakshi in the movie.

Dharan has scored music for the songs while Pravin Sathya has apparently done a brilliant job doing the background score for the film.

It must be noted that the title Thagaraaru was one which was accidentally uttered by the producer himself, after many failed title suggestions by the team.
