Team Thalaivaa is still fighting for the release of their film and the head of Anbu Pictures have offered to help. J Anbazhagan, the South Chennai district secretary for DMK and the producer of Ameerin Aadhi Bhagavan has expressed his interest in releasing the film in 300 screens in Tamil Nadu.

In his twitter handle, the producer/distributor announced, “We have around 300 theatres in TamilNadu and Anbu Pictures is ready to release Thalaivaa in TN if they request us.” He added that he is aware of the pain a producer undergoes during such situations. He also said that he knows how to release a film and that he is ready to take up the challenge of releasing Thalaivaa at his own risks.

Meanwhile, the permission to protest against the delay has been turned down by the Police and in a recent press meet, a teary eyed Chandraprakash Jain said that he would have to come to the streets if the film doesn’t release immediately.
