Though fresh from the success of Raanjhanaa, Dhanush has not agreed to star in any other Bollywood movie as yet. His focus, however, remains in Tamil. He has two Tamil releases this year. While Maryan is garnering enough attention before its release, his Naiyaandi is silently progressing side by side.

Meanwhile, Dhanush has bagged the next KV Anand project and he will be seen in an action avatar for the movie. Action is not new to Dhanush who has pulled it off with ease in movies like Pollathavan and Pudupettai. He is all set to gear up to revisit his action side with the KV Anand flick, an official announcement of which is likely to be out soon.

The question that remains is if this new film would capture the same intensity in the action scenes that Dhanush displayed in Polladhavan and also if Dhanush would go bare chested like he did in that riveting climax, displaying a chiseled body. The scene by itself is still a highlight in Dhanush’s career and a fan favorite.

 

K.V. Anand too isn’t to be left behind in terms of his eye for imaginatively choreographed action blocks such as the thoroughly gripping sequence in Congo for Ayan or the complex choreography in the pre-interval sequence in Maattrraan. So it will be interesting to see what angle of action K.V. Anand will exploit for his film and chances are high that he will leave the audiences with a new favorite action sequence of Dhanush.
