Then came the biggest gamble of his career, for he took a bold step to act as a hero in Thullal. And the movie after being in the cans for more than a year finally saw the light of the day a few weeks ago. The gamble did not work wonders as expected and due to its obscene act was rejected by the audience. After the debacle, Praveen decided to do a movie called Muktha. But before Muktha could materialize another impressive story came over which made him switch tracks. The movie in question is tentatively titled “Vilasam TN 03 6999,” supposedly the number plate of the heroine’s scooter. Praveen is the hero and an important role which has as much prominence as the male lead is going to be played by Prakash Raj. Will Praveen repeat his Thullal act or emerge a winner - only time will tell.
