Srividhya,
the noted actress of south has passed
away today evening. She was fighting the
loosing battle against cancer.
Srividhya was diagnosed with advanced
stage of cancer and was under intensive
medical supervision in Trivandrum
at the Sri Avittam Thirunal hospital.
Recently Kamal had visited her in
the hospital and had offered his full
support to her. Srividya has done
many memorable films that include
Poonagai mannan, Apoorva Sahotharargal,
Kadhaluku mariyadhai, Karpooramullai.
She has the honour of being the first
heroine of superstar Rajinikanth in
Apoorva ragangal. She has donned the
role of a loving and caring mother
of today’s younger generation
heroes.
She
has also tasted success in the mini screen
