veteran actor Devaraj.
In the midst of this project she has been signed
to do a guest role in the Jayam Ravi starrer Santosh
Subramaniam in what she claims has a significant
bearing on the story. Genelia plays the heroine
in this love story which is a remake of the Telugu
hit Bommarilu. Kirat says that she still is in
touch with her first love which happens to be
acting in commercials. That her first advertisement
for Chennai Silks was what got her an offer to
act in Tamil films needs special mention.
