Deepavali is the forthcoming film
directed by Ezhil and produced by
Lingusamy. In fact this film happens
to be Lingusamy’s maiden production
venture. Deepavali has Jeyam Ravi
and Bhavna in the lead. This film
is complete and when Lingu saw the
rushes, he felt it needed some sort
of grandiose and told the director
to be generous with money.
Ezhil who is known to deliver good
family oriented films like Thullada
Manamum Thullum and Poovellam Un Vaasam
has agreed to add a few scenes for
commercial viability.
When
the producer himself does not mind about
being extravagant, director is surely a
happy man. Ezhil has supplemented the film
with a song sequence with rich background.
Few saleable features are also being added.
After the flop of Amude, Ezhil is keen to
make his mark in this film.
