The actress is eagerly awaiting the release of her long-stalled project Thotta that was revived only a few months ago and is almost nearing completion.

In spite of all this, director-turned-actor Ameer has a piece of advice for Priyamani. He was recently quoted saying that Priyamani was his first choice for his film Yogi; however, she missed out on that, as she does not have her priorities in order as her recent remarks on kissing in films and her take on glam roles made him reconsider the decision. When asked to comment on this, she came out on the offensive pragmatically by saying that she wasn’t paid for her role in Paruthiveeran and somebody as unprofessional as that shouldn’t be advising on her career moves. Now, that’s one actress who has her head on her shoulders.
