| Vishal
to act in an action packed police story |

Every
successful hero has at least one fiery
cop role to his credit. Rajni has Moondru
Mugham, Kamal has quite a few, Vikram
has Samy, Vijayakanth made his living
by playing cops. All the leading names
in the industry have done police officer
roles at some point of their career. Now,
the new sensation Vishal has decided to
make his foray into cop roles. He will
be baptized in the khaki uniform very
soon.

He
will be playing an honest, duty conscious
and of course very angry police officer
who will go to any extent to put criminals
behind bars. The character will be
reportedly mouthing the one liner
‘Naan Porukki Illai, Police’
an antithesis to the one that made
Vikram the megastar he is today.
The story will be a typical action
packed police story with a racy script.
Other details about the story were
not available. The movie will be directed
by debutant Rajasekhar who had assisted
Suresh Krishna in Aalavandhaan and
Baba.

Even
though both the films were flops, the
debutant seems to have gained the confidence
of the young actor and his elder brother
Vikram Krishna who will be producing the
movie. It is not clear whether the movie
will be shot only after Taamirabarani
or simultaneously. Details are just being
worked out. But one thing has been confirmed;
we won’t be seeing Reema Sen playing
heroine to Vishal , he doesn’t want
to get stereotyped, either in roles or
with heroines.
