Bharthiraja
has announced that he would be electing
the other office bearers on the 12th of
October and has called for filing papers.
Opposing this action of Bharthiraja, director
R C Shakthi has planned to file a case with
the civil court. While talking to some sections
of the media, Shakthi says, “I have
filed a case against the election of Bharthiraja
for which the judgment is still pending.
Hence he does not have the right to conduct
election for other office bearer now. This
is tantamount to contempt of court.”
