The film has been directed by Kona Venkat
and produced by Gaurav Sharma. The function
was attended by Sada, P. Vasu and Sibi Raj.
Two songs and the official trailer were
screened at the function which impressed
everyone present.
The function has come as a bit of a surprise
because just a couple of days back there
were talks about Madhavan and director Kona
Venkat moving against the producer in Kollywood
and Tollywood respectively for non-settlement
of dues. There was also news about nearly
10 days of shooting still pending and the
producer deciding to release the incomplete
film. However, now all these problems seems
to have been temporarily put to rest, at
least on the Kollywood front, we are not
sure about the other side. Talks are on
between the producer and Madhavan for amicable
settlement of the issues.
