Cloud Nine Movies’ Dayanidhi Alagiri
has acquired the rights of Va –
Quarter Cutting from Y Not Studios and
will release it this Diwali. It is a low
budget film which has Shiva, SP Charan
and Lekha Washington in lead roles and
directed by Pushkar and Gayatri.
Similarly, Udayanidhi Stalin of Red Giant
Movies has taken Mynaa under his wings
to promote and release the film. This
is also a low budget film, which is produced
Shalom Films and directed by Prabhu Solomon.
It is interesting to note that both these
biggies have obtained small budget films
to be released this Diwali. Wonder, which
one would emerge the winner.
