Silambarasan’s director to get married

Director-actor Tharun Gopi is all set to tie the knot with Janu Lingeswari, a native of Sri Lanka settled in Madurai. Tharun disclosed that the wedding will take place at the famous Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple on January 15, 2010. The reception will be held in Chennai but the date has not been finalized yet.

Tharun said that Janu was his friend but eventually they fell in love and are now tying the knot with the consent of their parents.

Having directed films like Kalai, with Silambarasan in the lead and Thimiru with Vishal, the director began donning the greasepaint in Mayandi Kudumbathar. He has several films lined up including Kaattupaya, Ennai Yetho Seithuvittai and Jeeva Poonga.
