Nayanthara is happy that
Elektra came her way. The movie is being directed
by Shyam Prasad, the ace director. Nayan says
that she always wanted to act under Shyam’s
direction ever since she watched his Ore Kadal.
The lady is happy that the role offered to
her in Elektra is woman-centric. Nayan plays
Elektra Alexander in it and is happy to carry
the title role. And what more! She gets to
team up with Prakash Raj and Manisha Koirala
in the film.
The actress rued that though it was her desire
to act in meaningful films that offered her
scope to act, she just got glam roles in Tamil
and Telugu film industries.
