states that it has just concluded the mega audition
in Chennai for the musical reality show - Talented
Singers Wow Musical Icons.
The audition was conducted across Tamil Nadu
and several singers were selected. The final
audition was held in Chennai at the Benzz
Park Hotel. Singers Vijay Yesudas, Srilekha,
Mathangi, Devan, Anupama and Madhu Balakrishnan
were the judges at this event.
According to the press release, “A
first of its kind, the show will see six stalwarts
of the Tamil music industry competing with
each other, heading six teams, each captained
by a singer, who has already won the hearts
of the people, from other reality shows. The
six teams shall be joined by 18 young talented
singers - the exceptional few chosen at the
Mega Audition. Heading the teams will be the
renowned playback singer, Vijay Yesudas accompanied
by playback singers, Mathangi, Srilekha, Anupama
and Devan and the multi-faceted singer, Madhu
Balkrishnan. This will truly be the Clash
of the Titans where the Icons of the Tamil
music industry will challenge each other to
make their team win. |
