Devi Visions Pvt Ltd is producing
a new venture, Appavi. This film
is being directed by R Raghuraj,
who is presently wielding the megaphone
for the Kannada film Boss which
has Ilaya Thilagam Prabhu in an
important role. Raghuraj is also
in-charge of the story, screenplay
and dialogues. The shooting of Appavi
is slated to be held in Chennai,
Ernakulam and Hyderabad.
Debutants Gowtham and Suhani will
play the lead pair along with noted
actor-director K Bagyaraj in an
important role. Others in the star
cast include Soori, Manobala, Mahadevan
Sri Ranjani and Kanika. Appavi is
all about the anti social elements
that decay our society.
Cinematography is by E. Krishnasamy,
editing is by VT Vijayan, choreography
is by Dinesh Kumar and stunts are
by Palaniraj. Vairamuthu and Na.
Muthukumar have penned the lyrics
for which music is scored by Joshua
Sridhar. Appavi is produced by ECR-
