Kanthaswamy makes a fabulous start!

Kanthaswamy has made a great start to its business with the Chennai City rights being grabbed for a whopping 4 crores. This is a really high figure touched very rarely and says a lot about the confidence of the distributors in this multicrore flick and Vikram’s star value. This is definitely the highest price that a Vikram movie has fetched for the Chennai region.

The release date of Kanthaswamy is yet to be confirmed though it is sure to be in theaters during the summer vacations.

Kanthaswamy is directed by Susi Ganesan and the highlights of the film include Vikram in a host of get ups, exotic locales and lavish picturisation. Kalaipuli Thanu has produced the movie which is now in it post production phase.
