Anticipation
about Vijay’s half century
mark has been rising ever since
he announced his 49th film –
Vettaikaran. The latest buzz in
Kollywood is that Jeyam Raja has
been roped in direct Vijay’s
50th film. Our sources say that
the decision to hand out this all-important
job to Jeyam Raja was because of
his excellent track record. More
information regarding the title and other
cast and crew is awaited.
Meanwhile, Vijay’s Vettaikaran, which
is produced by AVM, will go underway in
February. This film will be directed Babu
Sivan, an erstwhile assistant of Dharani.
