It
is well known that the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister
M Karunanidhi allocated land to the workers in the film fraternity in
Paiyanur, near Chennai. A grand event was also organized to felicitate
the CM for his largesse.
Today, the FEFSI chief VC Guhanathan, General
Secretary G Siva, Treasurer Shanmugam, Directors’ Council General
Secretary RK Selvamani, the PRO Union’s Vijayamurali, Diamond Babu and
a host of others belonging to the 23 associations affiliated to the film industry
visited the allocated site for the first time. |
